As founder of the UK’s leading bespoke bottled cocktail company, World of Zing, and regular cocktail presenter on Channel 4 Sunday Brunch, few people have influenced the cocktail scene more than Pritesh Mody.

Having championed ingredients such as chickpea water and nori seaweed in cocktails, Pritesh’s clever use of ingredients have also thrust him into the media spotlight. Most prominently, Pritesh is the resident cocktail expert for Channel 4 Sunday Brunch. With over 50 shows presented since his debut in 2017, he is now one of the UK’s most recognisable cocktail experts.
